We currently accept payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service and you may choose your preferred card option from those on offer at the checkout.
If you are not purchasing through the website you are still able to pay through PayPal but you also have the option to pay by cash or personal cheque on delivery and you will receive e-mail confirmation of orders placed over the phone or in person at fayres etc. Direct transfers are also accepted with bank details available on request.
When you have paid through PayPal, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment details. Please retain this, as this is your proof of purchase.
Packaging and Delivery
All our cakes/gift baskets etc are securely and appropriately packaged for delivery. Wherever possible we use recycled packaging. This helps reduce our costs to our customers and is kinder to the environment, but in no way compromises the quality of our products.
At present our items will be sent out 1st class by Royal Mail on a recorded basis. For larger quantities of cakes / gift baskets etc or a faster delivery, arrangements are available via a courier for an extra £2.00.
As most cakes are made to order, please allow 7-10 days for delivery especially if there are any unusual ingredients required.
A confirmation e-mail, text or phone call will be made to inform you that your item has been shipped. We do not accept responsibility for delays or damages during transit.
Refunds and Returns
